AI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS COPILOT CHALLENGE

Built for Microsoft Ignite 2025 and designed to scale across the global AI Tour, this activation introduced Copilot through the roles people actually work in — finance, sales, customer service, marketing, operations. Visitors moved through a series of guided scenarios on a custom digital platform, earning tokens along the way that they could redeem in a swag shop we designed ourselves — including the crowd-favorite "Talk to My Agent" beanie and a deck of Copilot playing cards loaded with real prompts people could use the next day.

We skipped standard trade show furniture entirely, building custom presentation stations and a lighting installation instead — small decisions that added up to a space that felt considered rather than assembled.
